I have moderate acne and used to use proactiv, but stopped because my skin kept on getting more and more pale. So could someone please tell me what ingredient in facial scrubs and cleansers bleaches your skin, so that i can avoid it.?

I have just bought a fantastic electric blue dress. Just love the colour but what colour shoes and bag would look good with it and complement it? Its a very strong colour so the accessories should be slightly toned down I think.
