I have a dinner and a dance to go to and i am wearing a high waisted black skirt, black tank top, and black belt. I’m purposely wearing all black because I want to wear some bright accessories. Any ideas? Also what type of shoes do you think I should wear with this outfit? And any other suggestions like a different shirt, no belt, etc. would be great! Thanks!

I want to carry a faux leather shiny red clutch with it. Will that be too gaudy? What sort of accessories and show will go with that? I am reluctant to wear red sandals as they are too flashy. Please help.
