   Well I don’t know of any franchises or salon chains that can have those creditentials. The only way to go to a place to look like a celebrity is if that place frequently caters to celebrtieis, thus Hollywood / Los Angeles. Most salons, assuming they are professional, you could take a pic of a celebrity and they should be able to recreate that look for you. They should be well aware of the all products on the market but most of the well known shops in Hollywood usually carry their own brand of products. You could call around and ask if they have had celebrity clientele. Most beauty parlors in my area don’t deal with clothes but it is simple to go to current fashion clothing store followed by trip to the salon thus the finished product would be similar to that of Hollywood.
